Dominica's 25th Annual Divefest at SALT Dive
It’s that time of year, today Divefest kicks off and we at SALT are ready to celebrate.
If you’ve been checking our calendar or facebook page you have probably seen the notices about our events. But just in case you haven’t here is the rundown for this week.
Tomorrow, Saturday July 6th, we are hosting Discover Scuba in Toucari Bay! You have 3 options to participate, pre-register for a VIP pass for $67 EC which includes shallow water class, reef dive, and goody bag. Alternately you can show up in Toucari for first come first serve free shallow water lesson and $50 EC reef dive (cash only)
Wednesday July 10th Certified divers are Diving Against Debris at our Adopt A Dive Site Location in Toucari Bay - Pre-register online and receive a gift upon completion of your dive(s). Non divers are welcome to come and cleanup the beach.
Saturday July 13th Certified Divers are invited to join us for a lionfish hunt - this dive requires pre-registration (no walkins) due to additional equipment necessary and limited space. Some of our pay it forward participants will also be presenting their projects at the event, so interested teens are encouraged to come meet the divers, PIF program participants and learn more about the invasive lionfish!
